Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot resolve the issue.
• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same product.
• The product is materially different from its description.
